In Georgia we have just over a week to submit our entire Upper School's electronic transcripts to the GA Student Finance Commission for the first round of Hope Scholarship estimation and we are still having problems.
Here are my questions and the problems we are seeing thus far:
#1. Can we get a document showing the what the electronic transcript is actually pulling? Is there some type of diagram that show which fields it pulls, so we can better understand what is on the report?
#2. In is not pulling the Course Code (it only pulls the title of the course which in our case has the course code, but it actually needs to pull the separate Course Code Field).
#2. It is needs to pull the Subject, ie. Math, Science, etc..
#3. It needs to pull the student's current grade
#4. It is pulling attempted credits on current courses in progress. For example for a full year course that will have a final credit of 1, it is pulling .25 for each quarter and listing that course 3 times since we are in the 3rd quarter. It should not pull attempted credits for courses in progress.
#5. It needs to pull the graduation date. Although I do not see where we put future graduation dates in the system. Maybe you can advise on where we would put the future date.
