Upload state immunization requirements

Would have the ability to match each student with the state immunizations required to make sure they are in compliance.

      Students MUST have these on file in order to be eligible to start school - the fact that we have to keep this documentation in a paper file and not with the digital record is cumbersome to say the least and allows for an incomplete record in two places - the hard file and the online portal.

      Right now the only option is "Required or Optional" what is required for kindergarten is different than what is required for 7th grade.
