Option to remove Withdrawn students from Transcript Generating

I would like the ability to filter out students that have withdrawn from the current school year when generating transcripts. This would be a great feature because we use the transcript generation feature to review students, but withdrawn students are always included in the report.

    This has been implemented with the 7/24/19 release for Student Information System in the new Transcript Builder.
