Approval Needed Notifications for Monitoring Team
When a teacher creates an official note requiring approval, no one on the identified monitoring team is notified. Notifications only go out once the note has been approved. We don't use a ton of official notes, so these can easily be missed although they are very time sensitive. Teachers have to email to say they entered an official note in the system or it could be missed! Please set up a notification for the monitoring team to let them know there is an official note requiring their timely approval. Thank you!

Would be very helpful to have the monitoring team alerted when a note is waiting for action. Please make this a priority.

This is CRITICAL. Without this official notes can lie dormant that need to be dealt with. It would also be good if these official notes that need approval could show up under "Official Notes" on the Faculty Persona for reviewers, so that they can review from there.

Why has this been here for 4 years? This is a much needed feature. given all of the notification capabilities built into the system, i would not think this would be a difficult feature to implement.

This feature is really critical! Not knowing that there are official notes to be approved and needing to remember to check constantly, is not the most efficient way to work. Please add this feature! Thanks!

I also thought I did something wrong or was missing a setting somewhere. We've just started using Official Notes (new to BB this school year) and the people on our Monitoring Teams really need to know when they have comments to approve. Some of the Official Notes are really time sensitive to get to parents and I'm afraid not having this is going to cause missed comments and issues for staff and parents. I want this feature so that staff on the monitoring team can approve and respond quickly and so that parents can get Notifications in a timely manner.

Yes, please! We are just in the process of setting these up, and I thought I did something wrong... I assumed the monitoring team would see a little notification badge, email or something to let them know they had notes to approve.
