Add a Data Refresh for uploading | Ideas for Blackbaud's K12 products

Add a Data Refresh for uploading Awards from a spreadsheet.

In order to go back in time to populate awards for transcript purposes, and to then upload them on an ongoing basis, a spreadsheet Data Refresh option would be far more efficient than having to enter each student's record and do each award separately. Reports could then be run as well.
