Add Social Security Numbers to Transcripts

For Georgia Schools, it is a requirement to include Social Security Numbers on the Transcript. We can use the Electronic Transcript XAP Transcripts – Electronic Transfer report to pull most everything but the Social Security Number needs to be on there as well.

    This has been implemented with the 7/24/19 release for Student Information System in the new Transcript Builder.

    It will pull, if the person running the electronic transcript as the special access rights to view social security numbers
