Alternatively - I know we can control if Parents get any control of who views the allergy information in Core>Users/access>Profile>manage Roles>Parent>Tasks>"Student medical profile security". This would appear to be a useful way to stop parents from ever hiding an allergy to the teacher.  HOWEVER, if you use the school forms for parents to enter allergy data, they can limit the allergy sharing there. These items seem in comflict.
