Ability to edit the information included in Medical Summary

In the Medical tab for a Student there is a field in the bottom right called Medical Summary. There is currently no way to edit what displays in this section. I would like the nurse to have access to that section in the Medical Settings so that we can adjust it as necessary.

    We would like an expanded level of customization for parents to enter medical information. It would be nice to be able to give parents the option of either a drop-down menu or a text-box for Medications. We would also like the option to be able to customize/remove areas from the Medical Summary visible by parents. (i.e. "Wants School Insurance" if our school does not offer it.)
