Ability to display longer course titles on report cards and transcripts

Currently report cards can display up to 26 characters for a course title.

    This has been implemented with our new report card builder that was made available to all onRecord sites in the July release. We are hard at work on the transcript builder and hope to have an EAP later this year which will include increased space and wrap functionality for the course titles.

    We would also like to have the option that Education Edge has, where you can change the title of a course but keep the "Historical Course Name" to preserve previous names without having to create a new course when we change the title of the course.

    We would like to have the option to display a shorter title in OnCampus and potentially on report cards / transcripts but keep the longer title for our curriculum guide.
