Grades going to transcript too early

I would like Transcript Builder to have the ability to set access by role like Report Card Builder does.

I would also like for both Report Card Builder and Transcript Builder to have a time stamp as to when we would like to share out transcripts and report cards.

    This has been implemented with the 7/24/19 release for Student Information System in the new Transcript Builder.

    Yes, please! Add a time of day setting to the access dates for transcripts and report cards (as with course requests view dates: a time, as well as date).

    A time stamp would be very helpful for items that have date sensitivity.  We want our Report Cards to be visible to parents at a specific time on a specific day.  At the moment - I create an appointment for myself for that time - so I remember to edit that setting and make the Report Cards visible.  (I would like a time stamp available for granting visibility to schedules and Homeroom Enrollments at the beginning of the school year as well)
