With the old report card builder, attendance was cumulative, but if you pulled a report card at a later date, it respected the grade plan due date as the cutoff date and showed the correct YTD attendance to the end of that grading period. The new builder does not do this. Instead, if you pull a Q1 report card in January, it shows the attendance as of the day the report card is pulled, NOT the attendance that was correct in Q1.

I would like to Define the Date rage based on a grading period as well as the term. While our attendance is cumulative over the year and our system is set up for terms of semester long our grading periods and report cards are quarter long. We need the terms to be Semester for GPA Calculations but we also need to be able to limit the attendance to a Quarterly grading period so that parents only see when there child was absent that Quarter not the entire semester.
