When class is cancelled, attendance that has been pre-recorded for the day shouldn't change.

This is needed for better reporting as regardless of if the class had met or not, a student with a pre-recorded absence would not have been there and should remain as marked absent.

      I’m seeing lots of ideas that need to be merged regarding the “cancel class” option available for teachers.  This function is not working as most schools would expect.
