Give Students Report Card Access by Grade Instead of just School Level

We have created a handful our Report Cards for each school level because the reporting of grades is different between grade levels. Currently, a lower school student can see all lower school report cards, even if they are not in a grade that it pertains to. I would like to be able to give report card access to Students per grade level so that we have more control over what the Student sees.

    This has been implemented with our new report card builder that was made available to all onRecord sites in the July release.
