I feel like there should be a way from the Schedule Maker to turn on and off schedule access for the whole school (teachers, parents, students).  Currently I have multiple places where access must be changed before beginning to try to work on schedules; it is becomes confusing and incorrect information is accidentally being published.  One universal on/off switch that the scheduling manager could use would be great.
