Show only T3 comments on Report Cards

I would like to be able to choose which term comments should appear. Currently, this is not an option. For example, for end of year grades, we want to show only the grades and not previous comments. Or, when doing T3 - to show only T3 comments, and not previous comments.

    This has been implemented with our new report card builder that was made available to all onRecord sites in the July release.
