All forms but especially the medical forms needs to have the ability to turn on default values so the parent doesn't have to guess.  This is really important when you have a question like "Who needs to see this", how is the parent going to know who will need to see this?  We have a roll called "Admin, Stu/Par access".  These are admin staff that need to have access and need to know all the medical conditions students have but how is the parent going to know that?  A parent might not think a coach needs to know but since it is the coach that organizes the away trips for their team, it isn't something we want to keep secret.  

Please let us put default values into questions.
