Conduct: ability to attach a document to an infraction (such as a letter sent home to parents)

For a major infraction, we sometimes send an actual letter rather than an email to parents. Also, we sometimes have documentary proof of an infraction. It would be great to be able to attach a document or photo to the description of the infraction, especially as an "internal" note.

This really is required for some of our infractions. We would need to document cases of vandalism or plagiarism with evidence as well. Even video files from security footage.

We do the same and this would be a huge benefit for having a single place to store all Conduct info.

Please add the agility to attach files to conduct entries! We need to include PDF files with each infraction. Currently, the only location to add a file to a student's academic profile is 'Tests', which works, but is terribly misleading.
