General list of medications on school forms

We would like to add a dropdown on school forms where parents can select from a list of medications that are not necessarily connected to a specific condition or allergy.

    Yes, the ability to get parent permission to dispense over the counter medicine like Tylenol is needed.

    We have a set list of nonprescription medicine that parents can designate as "yes/okay" for the nurse to give their child. Items such as tylenol/acetaminophen, advil/ibuprofen, benadryl/diphenhydramine, etc.
