Ability to use 'or' in medical list filters

Currently the Worklists have no OR option in the filters, so when trying to pull a list of Allergies or Medical Conditions, two lists have to be made when it could just be combined if there were additional filtering abilities in medical lists.

Thank you, this is starting to cause issues for certain lists our nurse role must pull for various events.

TOTALLY agree on this! If we want to get a list of all students who have ANY issue, it is impossible!

Ability to use OR filtering in Medical Worklists Merged

Right now, when you add multiple filters to a worklist, they are added as AND filters. Would like a way to add filters with an OR operator
