The mailing label function off of the list seems so perfect UNTIL YOU TRY AND PRINT A LABEL. Isn't that the point of a mailing label - to be able to print it? The default size is 7.5 and it does not print evenly on 30-per page labels (which are standard size for labels). Help.
We also are having issues with the first column of text aligned just inside the left-hand margin, which cuts off half of the first letter in each line once you peel the label off the sheet. A Blackbaud technician suggested we try changing between fit-to-page and full-size, which helped a little, however, any of the tiniest misalignment in the label sheet causes the same problem to reoccur. That makes this entire function useless. We used to use this function more than a year ago without issues; what happened?
The addresses on the 30-per page Avery template did not have margins & the name & address were on the very left edge of the label.
