Filter Infraction List on Status

As we everyone is learning how to use the new Conduct module, we have had numerous mis-entries resulting in many infractions being deleted. All of these appear on the infraction list which is very inconvenient. Adding a filter would be useful.

    Over on the right, we have the filter options.  There is a filter for Infraction status where you can select to only include Pending, Approved, Denied or No Approval Required (not selecting Deleted).
