Admissions managers are not automatically included with Official Notes sent
When I set up the onBoard Official Note Notifications, Admissions Staff were copied on the Official Note sent out, but Admissions Managers did not receive the Notification. Even though the check boxes are marked for onBoard Staff, it appears that Admissions Managers are not considered onBoard Staff as Admissions Staff are.
It's redundant to have staff members with Admissions Manager and Admissions Staff roles in order to receive the copies of Official Notes (notifications) that other Admissions Managers/Admissions Staff create on Candidates. It is imperative that Admissions Managers receive copies of the Official Notes like Admissions Staff members so there will be less chance of Official Notes accidentally going out to the same Candidate regarding the same subject.
