This would be useful for scheduling classes that run the full year, but only meet every other cycle.  For example we students enrolled in two separate classes that meet during the same block.  Class 1 meets on the even cycle and class 2 meets on the odd cycles.

Being able to schedule split cycle classes would allow the students to see meeting time and meeting room on their calendar correctly and allow teachers to have assignments show as assigned and due in the correct manner.

Currently teachers put in assignments in one giant class but the dates only apply to the students that meet in the odd cycle, the half that meets during the even cycle has to be told a different date.
