Ability to adjust Grade rounding only on transcript

We want to have our transcript display whole number grades, but our Report Cards are currently setup to allow decimal places. The rounding happens at the Grade Plan level so currently we'd have to create a new Grade Plan for transcripts. I would like to be able to just adjust the rounding for the transcript itself.

    This has been implemented with the 7/24/19 release for Student Information System in the new Transcript Builder.

    In general, I think it should be possible to have different displays on Report Cards and Transcripts done MUCH more easily. Right now, we were told it is impossible to have a letter grade display on the Report Card and a numerical grade on the Transcript! This seems unbelievable. A simple 'if...then' statement somewhere in the program?
