Currently, every time we have a medical issue where parents cannot complete a form, etc. we need to change their password or get their credentials. It would make more sense for us to not bother the family and be able to see what they can see as managers or nurses. I understand there is security because this is medical information, however, this would help from an IT troubleshooting perspective.
