Role to only View and Print Transcripts

I would like to be able to clone a Role to only View and Print Transcripts. Currently if I clone the Grading Manager Role and only enable the View Transcripts, People Finder, and Academic Profile Tasks, the User still has access to onRecord > Procedure > Grading > Record Grades. We do not want to give them any other access other than View Transcripts. We are also aware we can save the file as a Grading Manager and send it to the user but this defeats the self serve purpose.

It would be great to have the ability to assign people the right to print official transcripts without granting them the ability to edit grades Merged

For students, parents and alumni that come in to request official transcripts our counseling department would do this during the school year, but over the summer when they are not in the building it would be helpful for office staff to cover this ...
