On student contact cards, there is a medical icon displayed when a student has a current condition or allergy. If a student has only "history" on their record, the icon is absent. The only way to find history on a student's record is to go to each record in nurses office (also no way to display history in medical lists). I understand history is not viewed as urgent as current conditions (Allergies & Conditions), however when a parent enters data in the online School Forms (onRecord), as history, they are not aware that the school is unable to access this information in a list or it's inability to trigger an icon. My current work around is to go to each record within Nurses Office and copy the history to condition to trigger an icon/searchable field.
