Hide Calculate button for Assessment Style Grade Plans

I would like the ability to remove the Calculate button from Assessment Style Grades. For example if I have a Grade Translation such as E for Excellent, S for Satisfactory etc I would like to remove the Calculate Grade option from this type of Grade as there is nothing to calculate as the Teacher selects the Letters from the Grade dropdown so this is misleading to these users.

    Agreed this is confusing for teachers entering exam grades who are used to using the calculate button in other areas.
