It would be helpful for a withdrawn student to be automatically removed from any online forms that they are recipients of. Either that or have the email notifications generated by the online forms only go to active students. We have had a couple of student leave since the beginning of the year and their parents are still getting email reminders about forms. Yes, we can remove them from the lists, but that is a lot of steps to remember each time you withdraw a student.
Hi Daniel, this idea was implemented in September. Withdrawn students are removed from the recipient list and no longer receive reminders.

Please please implement this. It adds extra work having to either manually remove withdrawn students from assigned forms, or having to respond to recipient parents that mistakenly get reminder emails (which doesn't look great from the school's end).
Seriously wish I could vote for this more. HOWEVER, if it is a matter of priorities, we need to have physical address fields added to emergency contacts before this. We have a very ugly work around for this now, and we are required to have the physical address of an emergency contact on file by licensing in the state of Texas.
