Upgrade transcript builder capabilities.
1. Allow for the option to change the chronological order of grades listed, i.e. 12-9th instead of 9-12th.
2. Allow for a page break in the transcript forcing certain sections onto page 2.

The page break option would give us the needed ability to place general information on the last page, separating it from the courses.
