Ability for Teachers to Save Individual Grading Comments and Class Grading Comments After Without Individual Comments Being Removed

Currently, when teachers add individual grading comments for students and then class grading comments in bulk, the individual comments get removed. It would be helpful to have the system save comments and then add new comments without overriding the older ones.

    Adding my vote to this as well after a teacher said that she was frustrated when adding gradebook bulk comments that it wipes out any individual comments she may have already added to a student. She wants the option for bulk gradebook comments to append to any individual comments already present rather than replacing individual comments.
