Ability to Add Hyperlink to Report Card

Currently, there isn't a way to add a hyperlink to a report card in the introductory or conclusion sections. 

It would be helpful to have this in the software to give parents/students links to go to when viewing the report card.Seems like this should be possible in report cards if this is possible in other areas of the software such as application forms.

    This has been implemented with our new report card builder that was made available to all onRecord sites in the July release.
