Changes to Standard Report Card

1) Please remove or add the ability to choose not to have the report card legend included in the standard report card.

2) Add in Course Title and Teacher Name as headers on the same row as MP1  (marking periods).

3) Move Attendance to bottom of report card...Attendance is not the most important information on the report card.

    This has been implemented with our new report card builder that was made available to all onRecord sites in the July release.
