Conduct placeholder to use Nickname and if no nickname exists then First name

In Conduct, within the Description and Internal use only there are placeholders for First name and Nickname. However, you have to select them individually. I would like for the system to use Nickname if they have one and if not then First name.

Without the feature of having the conduct system automatically switch to a student's first name if a nickname isn't available in the data base, generating a batch of conduct reports from one master template isn't a useful feature. If teachers do not have this automatic option built in, and they want to save time when generating a series of identical reports with the place holder feature, they are forced by the system to use the "first name." However, in many instances, these legal first names are NEVER used when talking to the children or their parents. Being forced by the system to use these legal first names makes teacher sound like they don't know their students at all and it undercuts their standing with families.
