Allow multiple of one infraction type to be amassed before assigning consequence

I want to be able to set up an infraction. When a student receives 3 of that infraction, I then want the consequence to be assigned.
I do not want any other infractions to contribute to the total.

For example, I want 3 uniform infractions to give a detention, but that should be separate from the tally of technology misuse infractions.

    We have would love to use this, but there are major differences in consequences based on whether the infraction is based on attendance, tech space issues, dress code, library problems, etc...
