When a Dorm Supervisor receives an Official Note for a group of students, they will receive one message by email for every student in their Dorm, which means most of our Dorm Supervisors are seeing 50+ messages each day.

We would like to see the duplicates merged so that for each recipient, one message is delivered, which contains in it a list of the students to which it pertains.

This was requested years ago, but has probably not made it into the new Idea bank.
