I would like for Advisors to be able to have access to create, edit and look at School Forms in onRecord. Currently, an advisor only has access to > Procedures > Grading. I feel that Advisors should have the same access to onRecord School Forms like Content Managers have access to onMessage School Forms and Admissions Managers have access to onBoard School Forms.
It would be great to have the permissions for form be more custom -- to that you can only see the forms you create or that are shared as well. Thus, forms could be used more broadly across an organization without having to share forms -- setup and content beyond the person gathering that data.
As a work around to this, to give specific people School Form access (though we are doing it in on Campus) we cloned the 'Academic Group Manager' role and gave them limited abilities so they dont have the capabilities of a manager, but they are able to create and edit forms. In this case, we added the following tasks to the role we called 'onCampus Form Access' :
- Help Panel
- Dashboard onCampus
- Dashboard onCampus > Group Finder Access
- Topic Admin
- Search > Master Page
- School Forms
- School Forms > Edit School Forms
- School Forms > onCampus School Form Preview
- My Notifications.
Im sure you could do something similar for onRecord.
