Please create a report that calculates a student's progress toward meeting graduation requirements. We call ours a Graduation Credit Analysis. Our teachers use it to help students understand which requirements still need to be met. See attached (we have this built out in Crystal Reports)
Graduation/Diploma requirements was added September 2021 to the SIS.
I completely agree that having a graduation tracker is essential to our work.

This is essential for our work. I know an audit has been in the works for a long time, and it would be the single most life-changing enhancement for my office.
This would be an absolutely amazing tool!
It would be great to have a dedicated page that students, advisors, parents could access where this would all be pulled in at a glance. Classes with grades and credits broken out by year, activities, awards, community service, leadership, etc. I thought this was in the works a number of years ago, but . . .

That is a great idea, my counselors would love it.
We were looking for the same thing. You can accomplish this using Transcripts and by placing each and every course into a Transcript Category. I don't believe you see the name of each class, but you get a nice grid. There are some limitations as to how many transcript categories can fit on a page before it breaks to another page. We labeled our Transcript Categories like "English (4)" so that we have the subject and the required number of credits. This transcript is published under the name of "Graduation Requirements Summary" and does not actually list out all of the grades earned for each course.
This is definitely a step in the right direction. Is this something that is saved to the student record or a hard copy given to students? Would you be willing to share the report form and the list of field names used for the report? I am new to the on products and not familiar with the fields so any info would be appreciated.
