Include Transfer Grades on a Report Card

I would like to include transfer grades on a report card so I may build a historic report card when all of our historic grades are moved into the system via transfer grades.

    Transfer grades can be displayed on report cards in the new report card builder. In order to be displayed the following three criteria must be met for the transfer grades:
    1. Transfer grade must have an equivalent course set.
    2. The equivalent course must have grading setup on the Course record.
    3. The academic year must have grading setup completed in School Year Setup.
