Add default division to user options so faculty and staff can pick "Lower School" or "Upper School" as starting point throughout product

Oftentimes a user might start editing something for Lower School before realizing they needed to switch view option to Upper School before proceeding. Please allow users to pick the default starting division when they login.

    I heartily agree with this.  

    I would also like the separation to apply to Registrar and Scheduling functions as well.  It is so cumbersome to have to select the division at every turn.  Patty Boman
