Adding to this, being able to bulk mark "ready for review" for one class (in additaion to all grades globally) through Grades Management > Enter Grades By Class would be very helpful, instead of having to check off each student. It works this way when actually reviewing the grades (the Check All option), so I don't see why it can't be implemented here too.

Sometimes there's a reason that certain grades are not ready so we don't want to do this for all grades everywhere, but being able to do it for individual classes makes dealing with teachers who don't check off "ready for review" quicker.

We are trying to open up the Review role option after grades have closed so, YES, a global option is required!
