Right now, the only way to remove a role from the "Who needs to see this?" option for medical conditions and allergies is to inactivate the role entirely. We have roles that are in use that we'd like to remove from that list, which we can't inactivate. We'd like to be able to remove certain roles from that list without needing to inactivate the role entirely.
