Conduct: Add Option to Make Conduct Visible to Specific School Level/Division
We would like the option to make conduct visible to the student's division/school level. For example, a middle school student's conduct/infractions would visible by all teachers and staff in the middle school.

This would be very helpful. If "Restrict teachers to their own conduct" is left unchecked for the middle school, ALL teachers see MS conduct, not just the MS teachers!
