Allow Athletic Team grades to be on Hybrid-Assessment Report Cards

Athletic Teams are not able to have their grades pulled on the Assessment report cards. We would like to have our Athletics Teams' grades show on one report card; it seems that if we can have academic grades we should also be able to have Athletics on the same report card.

    This has been implemented with our new report card builder that was made available to all onRecord sites in the July release.
