State of Georgia has decimals in it's PSAT. The test score field has to allow decimals.

This is not just useful, but mandatory for course placements and acceptances for academic opportunities.

    On the new PSAT it is possible for any math test score to have a decimal - in order to accurately record these, this feature must be added.
