Right now, if a user makes adds or makes an edit to a grade plan grade, we have no way of determining exactly who made that change. This can be an issue if something looks different to a teacher in their grading that makes them think another user may have edited it, but we can't find whether that happened or not or who did it. We'd like to be able to determine exactly who makes edits to grade plan grades for a course.
