Base Performance Category on specific gade count (ie 5 A's)

Registrar's Office had a great feature in Performance Categories of being able to set up a condition for inclusion based on the Count of a number of specific letter grades earned. This is extremely helpful (read: a necessity) if a school does not calculate a GPA but wants to recognize performance.

    I would also like to see an enhancement to Performance Category where all the Numeric grades must be above a certain number. You may have a student who has a 90 or better in everything but one class and in that one class they may have a 70. If you due it solely based on average the student could still score in the range. But if you make it conditional that it not only be within a range but also all the grades must be above a certain number then you have a better representation of who your top students are.
