All admin users should be able to send a message to both students and parents via the Message system that is currently only attached to classes, or special groups.
We can quickly contact students and their parents at the same time to set up meetings, and we will also have a record of communication between school and the family that is all in one place.
I know this is an older one so may just be outdated but as far as I know admins can send messages to any person - can you confirm that this is no longer an issue or if not can you give me a specific case so I can take a look? Thanks!
