Enable label editing for report card GPAs

Our 2nd quarter report card includes a GPA for the 2nd quarter (not a cumulative GPA). The heading for this GPA is "Term GPA" and "1st Semester". I would like to change "1st semester" to "2nd quarter" on the report card, but it appears there is no way to do this.  This is causing a lot of confusion among our school families.

    This has been implemented with our new report card builder that was made available to all onRecord sites in the July release.

    We want to report quarterly GPAs on our report cards. The BB implementation team set up our system so terms are semester-based so the term GPA does work for us.
