Report that gives me GPA and Numerical Average
The system our College Counseling Department uses asks for cumulative GPA and cumulative numerical average. I need a report that exports to Excel that includes both of those pieces of information AND student ID. I've created the formulas and can get them separately but it would make it easier to have them on the same report.

Julia, I have been in the midst of reviewing progress report grades and have not had an opportunity to try to do this until today. When I go to try to set up the calculation, I select Cumulative but it still gives me only the cumulative for the semester. Can you assist or do I need to get some online help with this?
In the GPA calculation that you are using, you'll want to make sure you've marked off to calculate the cumulative GPA on the Types tab. It looks like you have Term and YTD but not Cumulative. If you check that off and rerun them, you should be all set!
Thanks Julia! Is there a way to get the cumulative GPA to show on that list? That is the GPA I need and I have it set up. It wasn't an option to select when choosing my columns for the list.

I'm thinking that you should be able to do this via the GPA fields in the Student List. In order to see them in the Student List, you'll need to go Performance, Grading, Calculations and calculate the GPA values you wish to see (assuming you already have the calculations setup in onRecord, Settings). Right now, the Student List will pull the previous term GPA but in the February release we will also have the current term available. You can add columns and filters and then export the list to Excel.
